the rooftop pool was good i liked it
the check-in process felt impersonal and a bit unfriendly the room smelled of humidity also the provided linens and towels looked GREY not white i found that unpleasant

convenient stay near the beach
helpful staff family room convenient location
the family room had four beds which was great for our family. staff were very polite and helpful. i liked that the hotel is located close to many restaurants and a mini mart. it was a relief to have everything nearby.

thin walls stained duvet
The walls are thin it seems I could hear everything. People talked loudly in rooms nearby and dragged furniture all over the place. The air conditioning wasn't any better it turned off every few minutes. I also found stains on the duvet. I expected better soundproofing and functional climate control. i expected better soundproofing and functional climate control.
